Coconut Macadamia Fat Bomb

OK, this recipe is the bomb, pun intended.  One of my friends introduced me to a product called F-Bombs which I used to order on Amazon and I really fell in love with it.  Coconut macadamia fat bombs are the perfect keto-friendly snack.  It sits at around 200 calories, but you won’t find anything that provides so much nutrition in the form of  good fats including omega-3’s.

For those of you looking for the perfect keto-friendly, low-carb snack, try this fat bomb made with raw macadamia nuts, coconut manna, coconut oil and a pinch of himalayan pink salt.

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until a smooth or semi smooth butter is formed, similar to peanut butter. You can use portion cups or allow mixture to harden in candy molds in refrigerator.
