In a shallow bowl, crack the eggs and beat well. In another shallow bowl, add the flours and spices and mix until well combined. Dip the chicken nuggets in beaten eggs and then coat with the flour mixture evenly. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken nuggets for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from the heat and transfer the nuggets onto a platter. Season with sesame seeds. Set aside to cool slightly.
